Yellow Canaries is a curated gathering — a monthly two-hour ritual where a small, carefully selected group of people go somewhere together.

Between gatherings, the community lives on Circle (chat spaces, group chats, DMs) to create deep kinship with the other women going through similar transformations as you.

  • We’re starting small and intentionally with just The Founding Members,  a very small cohort (30-50 people total, split into groups of 6-8 people) carefully curated. 

    You apply by filling this form, I personally read every application, and if I believe you could be a match, we hop on a 20-minute call, so I can understand you and your needs better and can match you with the people who’ll allow you to get the most out of this community. 

    After our call, you’ll receive confirmation if you’ve been accepted in the first cohort of Founding Members.

    I want to be very intentional about the selection process so it might take up to 30 days for all members to be onboarded on our platform, only then will you be charged the first monthly fee of £60.

  • To make this experience enriching for every yellow canary, it’s important to have members willing to share their experiences with authenticity and vulnerability. 

    We look forward to welcome women who:

    •  Already are in active self-inquiry, doing the work (i.e: therapy, journaling, seeking, etc.).

    • Are professionally accomplished enough to have genuinely lost themselves in that accomplishment, experiencing a deep shift they’re willing to unpack with others. 

    • Feel the collective shift — sense that something is ending and something is trying to be born, and can't find people or spaces in their daily life to unpack it all.

    • Have had a "before and after" — burnout, illness, pregnancy, grief, a crisis that forced a change of pace and perception. 

    • Have questioned what success actually means to them. 

    • Feel their sensitivity as something they've spent years managing rather than understanding. 

    • Are done with surface-level. 

    Vulnerability and the will to share and truly connect with others is a key requirement for this community to be nurturing and healing for all its members.

  • Once every Founding Member is onboarded on our community platform, we’ll explore themes monthly. Through weekly prompts in the chat spaces that will culminate in our monthly online gathering. A monthly 2-hour event hosted on Zoom, around questions we would have had the time to sit with, meditate and journal on beforehand.

    I’ll open the event with my own reflections, an interactive Q&A session then all members get split into their assigned group of 6-8 people to discuss the theme deeper, we reconvene at the end with some of you sharing your thoughts and findings, and we close the session.

    You can continue the exploration in a private chat room with your small group (and even hop on video calls together), or with the wider Founding Members community in the main chat.

  • The Founding Members membership is £60/month, our introductory price for the very first cohort of members.

    For as long as you remain among us, this fee will never change. 

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time. But we suggest that you give it at least 3 months to give relationships a chance to develop. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
